Capt. Joseph Paese
Young in age, Capt. Joseph has fished the waters off Montauk,
N.Y. for 28 yrs since he was 3 yrs old on board his dad's
and uncles commercial fishing boat, and at the age of
11 he started working on some of the local charterboats
as a mate (The very first being Capt. Ed Baldrian's 3
Star). He always returned to the commercial fishing lifestyle
on his family boat when charters were slow, but the mystique
of offshore fishing always pulled him back to chasing
the pelagics that inhabit the deepwater of the atlantic.
His fishing endeavors have taken him from the Nova Scotia
to South Florida in search of Giant Tuna to Flounder and
everything else in between, and I guarantee he will do
his best to send you home with memories that will last
a lifetime...

Joe Grasso is fairly new to the offshore scene , but has had many great fishing experiences with Capt. Joe over the years, so he thought about it and decided he would like to share the experience with others, so they too will have a chance at the fish of their dreams, and an experience that will last a lifetime......
Capt. Mike Pirri
Childhood friends with Capt. Joe, Mike has proven himself
on the
fishing scene, growing up chasing stripers and blues in
the back bays of
the L.I. Sound, and then getting addicted to offshore
fishing in his
teen years. When not fighting fires and saving lives you
are sure to
find him wetting a line on some body of water, whether
it be stripers
and blues in the sound or big eyes and blue marlin on
the edge, he as
with every other crew member on Pave The Wave an important
component to
Capt. Joe's arsenal.
John Deluca
John is fairly new to the sport fishing scene, and has
been fishing with
Capt. Joe for 4yrs know. He has amassed a great understanding
and also
a great amount of knowledge on offshore and inshore fishing.
He has
fished with Pave the Wave on many great trips, and has
learned a great
amount from Capt. Joe, which he has put to good use on
his own boat and
others he has crewed on. John now a permanent fixture on
Pave the Wave
